Marketing is important for business growth, it's a fact. However, the marketing realm is always changing, growing, and developing. With it, it brings new trends and there is one BIG trend you need to know about for 2017!
What is it?
That's right. With so much content being put out there, users are starting to engage with content that is being provided in a more interactive format, hence video.
So how can you incorporate video into your business?
Here are a few ways to incorporate video into your business:
1. Facebook Live
Facebook live is an easy way to incorporate video into your business. Live stream behind the scenes, share a quick tip or how to and use it as an opportunity to engage with your audience.
Instastories are another great way to incorporate video into your marketing strategy. Share an Instagram story behind the scenes, share a design promoting your new blog or offering, share a quick tip. Your audience wants to engage with you, so give them the opportunity to do so.
Snapchat is another fun way to incorporate video. You can even use fun filters and voices to make your videos more creative.
4. Recorded videos
If you have never done videos before and would like to get a little bit of practice in (as well as a confidence booster) I recommend starting with pre-recorded videos. Why? Because you can always start all over again if you mess up, edit the video, or not post it and keep making more until you feel comfortable with it. It's a great place to start if live intimidates you.
Video is not only more engaging but it is also more personal. It makes your audience connect with you better and builds the trust and relationship that is needed in order to turn a lead into a client.
